We use a model of guidance counselling, with neuro-linguistic programming to put together a bespoke package of support specifically for your relationship.

 

It’s not just couples. We help folk who may have had a falling out with friends or family, a parent and child, young or adult, a step-parent and a step-son or daughter - in fact, any two-person relationship struggling to relate to each other. 

 

Our hypnotherapy takes place online and is highly effective this way. The advantage of having online therapy with couples is that we do not all have to be in the same room at the same time and good, positive therapy can still take place. 

It’s also beneficial for saving time at work or home, with couples not having to try to crowbar therapy into already busy and complex daily routines.

 

What is the process?

Each partner will have one free session with the therapist individually, for us to best understand issues from your perspective, with what is and isn’t going well with the relationship and what you hope to achieve. 

The next step after each couple has had at least one individual session is to come together online to explore outcomes.

Once couples are on the same page as to what the end goals should look like, sound like, and feel like we can start hypnosis.


We start bringing to the fore the joint goals, how to achieve them and affirming what is the essence of the relationship within this gentle therapy.


How many sessions are you likely to need?

Following the free one-on-one session, most couple therapy takes place over a block of 3-5 sessions.
